Returns and Refunds

At Frog and Bobbin, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have up to 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please read the following terms and conditions to ensure you are eligible for a refund/return.
 

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as they have been received, unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging.

Please also provide proof of purchase receipt.


To start a return, you can contact us at frogandbobbin@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please bare in mind we do use a third-party shipping agent, such as Australia Post, therefore some things are out of our control and unforeseen circumstances can happen.


 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (including but not limited to special orders or personalized items). Please ensure you have checked the spelling, and placement of capital letters/punctuation prior to placing your order, as refunds will not be accepted once the payment has been made. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. If you have made an error in your requested personalization, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so that we can try to resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure that you receive the correct item is to contact us ASAP at frogandbobbin@outlook.com so that we can authorize an exchange or return providing you meet the criteria and the return is accepted. Then a separate purchase for the item can be made.


 

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
